I'm Ugur Saritepe. I build and launch my own apps, and I've stared at the same Search Console screens you're staring at now — “Crawled – currently not indexed”, impressions with zero clicks, pages stuck at position 40.

TrafficTriage exists because almost everything written about these problems is either Google documentation (accurate, not actionable) or agency advice for sites that already have traffic. Nothing speaks to builders at zero. I share the real data from my own launches — including the failures — and turn what I learned into triage reports with a clear fix order.

If you share read-only Search Console access for a report, it's used only to produce your report and access can be revoked by you at any time.
