About
TrafficTriage is a one-person site triage service run by me, Ugur Saritepe. I build and launch my own apps, and I've stared at the same Search Console screens you're staring at now — “Crawled – currently not indexed”, impressions with zero clicks, pages stuck at position 40. TrafficTriage turns what those screens taught me into reports with a clear fix order.
Why I started this
Almost everything written about indexing problems is either Google documentation (accurate, not actionable) or agency advice for sites that already have traffic. Nothing speaks to builders at zero — the person who shipped a site last month and is watching Google ignore it. That was me, so I built the service I couldn't find: eight checks, run from your URL alone, ending in one verdict.
The game-scout story
My longest-running site is game-scout.app, a game discovery site I launched at zero: no audience, no backlinks, no idea why Google wasn't showing it. Getting it found meant working through the same checklist TrafficTriage now runs for other people — sitemap problems, canonical mistakes, pages Google could fetch but not read — one fix at a time, watching Search Console to see what actually moved.
As of July 2026, game-scout gets more than 1,000 visitors a month (measured in Vercel Web Analytics), over 500 of them arriving from Google search. Those aren't influencer numbers — they're the numbers of a site that went from invisible to found, and every check in the Triage Report earned its place on that climb.
Where TrafficTriage is now
Every report is instant: paste a URL and the findings render on your screen in about half a minute. It's free while TrafficTriage is new — the honest trade is that your site becomes part of the data that makes the checks sharper. Reports run from your URL alone: no Search Console access, no analytics, no signup, nothing to install.
